Cancellation Policy
Deposit Policy A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your service. If you opt to pay 100% upfront, the 50% equivalent remains non-refundable as per our standard deposit terms. Deposits are applied directly to your service total. Without a confirmed deposit, your appointment time is not guaranteed and may be released to other guests. Cancellation & No-Shows We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. With 48+ hours notice: Your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment (one-time transfer). Less than 48 hours notice: Your deposit will be forfeited. No-Shows: Will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be restricted from booking future appointments. Rescheduling & Late Arrivals Appointments may be rescheduled once without penalty, provided 48 hours' notice is given. Subsequent rescheduling will require a new deposit. Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be altered, abbreviated, or rescheduled (which results in deposit forfeiture) to avoid delaying subsequent guests. Hair Preparation & Quality Unless you have booked a specific wash and prep service, please arrive with your hair thoroughly detangled, washed, and blown out dry. Hair must be free of heavy oils or leave-in conditioners. If your hair requires prep work that was not scheduled, a $30 inconvenience fee will be added, or your appointment may be cancelled.
