Cancellation Policy

Crown-Velle Hair Studio Policies At Crown-Velle Hair Studio, our policies are designed to protect your reserved appointment time and ensure every client receives the exceptional, personalized service they deserve. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. We kindly ask that clients provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments may be rescheduled once without penalty when proper notice is provided. Please arrive on time and with your hair properly prepared unless a Wash & Prep Service has been booked. A 15-minute grace period is provided; late arrivals may result in an adjusted, shortened, or rescheduled service. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to Crown-Velle Hair Studio's policies regarding deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, and hair preparation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which allows us to provide every guest with a seamless, luxurious, and professional salon experience.
