Studio Policy
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost. The remaining balance is due at the completion of your appointment.
If you choose to pay in full in advance, the 50% deposit portion remains non-refundable in accordance with our booking policy.
Your appointment is not confirmed until the required deposit is received. Appointments without a confirmed deposit may be released to accommodate other clients.
Thank you for your understanding and support. This policy allows us to protect your reserved appointment time and provide every guest with the exceptional service and personalized attention they deserve.
Cancellation

No-Shows
At Crown-Velle Hair Studio, we understand that plans can change and appreciate your respect for the time reserved especially for you.
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule:

48+ Hours' Notice: Your non-refundable deposit may be transferred one time to a future appointment, provided you reschedule within our booking guidelines.
Less Than 48 Hours' Notice: Your deposit will be forfeited.

No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.

Rescheduling

Late Arrival Policy
At Crown-Velle Hair Studio, we understand that unexpected situations happen. To ensure a seamless experience for every guest, please review our rescheduling and late arrival guidelines.
Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled once without penalty with at least 48 hours' notice. Additional rescheduling requests may require a new deposit.
Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is provided. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in an adjusted, shortened, or rescheduled service. If rescheduling is required due to a late arrival, the original deposit may be forfeited.

Quality
For the best results and a seamless appointment, please arrive with your hair thoroughly detangled, freshly washed, completely blow-dried, and free of heavy oils, grease, or leave-in conditioners, unless you have booked a Wash & Prep Service.
If additional preparation is required and was not included in your appointment, a $30 Hair Preparation Fee may apply. If time does not allow for the necessary preparation, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
